Yes! The hotel is close to several establishments within Silang, Sta. Rosa Laguna and the famous Tagaytay City. Among the places you can check-out are the following:
Arrival & Online Check-in
Check-in process will be done online by completing the Registration, Health Declaration Form, and Payment links emailed to you upon booking.
Standard Check-in at 3PM and Check-out at 12NN
Temperature thermal scanning will be facilitated by hotel staff upon entry; guests whose temperature reaches 37.5 degrees Celsius will not be allowed to enter the hotel premises.
Guaranteed early check-in between 10:00 hrs to 14:00H (subject to availability) and should be requested one day prior to the check-in date.
Check-out after 12:00 noon shall be considered as late checkout. All late check-outs until 18:00H will be charged at 50% of the confirmed daily room rate. Check-out beyond 18:00H will be charged as one full night of the confirmed daily room rate. Complimentary late checkout is subject to availability but is only available up to 14:00H at the maximum.
Hotel reserves the right to amend its cancellation policy without prior notice. Cancellation/No-show charges
Cancellation/No- show charges -100% of the room rate for the first night will be charged.
An E-mail confirmation is required to confirm all reservations and cancellations.
In the occasion of cancellation of an established booking, 50% of the total charges shall be settled through the client’s if notice is sent at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event date.
Meanwhile, 100% of the total charges will be legally responsible at your end if cancellation notice is done Seven (7) days before the event date.
Rescheduling: The Park – Silang can accommodate rescheduling of event date should the client decide to do so, provided that the chosen venue and its suppliers are all available on the new date chosen; however, the hotel and its accredited suppliers reserve the right to charge rescheduling fee for the lost opportunity to sell the initial confirmed date to other potential clients.
In the event of NO SHOW of a guaranteed booking, first day charges will be applied of a guaranteed number of guests for the first day of the event.

Local Events and Holidays:
Best Available rate shall be applied depending on the availability of the rooms and venues during Block out dates, Special Holidays and Local Citywide Events.
In compliance with local regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and public areas, except at designated smoking zones within the property. There will be a cleaning fee of PHP 5,000.00 nett levied per incidence of smoking. For our Guest’s comfort, there is a designated smoking area available in the Hotel.
No Party Policy:
For the comfort of all our guests, the property observes a quiet time from 2200H to 0700H. Guests shall be required strictly comply.
The hotel shall collect a fee amounting to PHP 500.00 per pet/ night brought inside the property.
The property shall collect a security deposit amounting to PHP 2,000.00 per room booked to cover for incidental charges, if any.
To ensure your safety, guests are required to wear their face masks at all times, whenever outdoors and especially in common areas.
Note: For Glamping Tent
Fur Families are not allowed in Glamping Tents.
Any form of Cooking inside the tent is highly restricted as precautionary measure.
Guests may opt to rent our griller with the assistance from The Park’s Team. Kitchen tools and utensils are not included

Access to our public pools and amenities shall be limited and will strictly be regulated. Guests may refer to our pool usage guidelines.
Food & Beverage
Under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) status, hotels and other accommodation establishments can provide food and beverage services at their respective facilities (restaurants or cafes) only. In-room dining shall be unavailable until further notice.
Acceptance of outside food delivery services (Grabfood, Food Panda, etc.) shall be allowed but is restricted to the entrance only and with minimal corkage charge per delivery
